So Cal Weather Problem..

I have an interesting re-occurring problem with flying in Southern California.Particularly when I depart KAVX (Catalina Island) and head inland toward Long Beach (KLGB).About two to three miles departing runway 04, I hit a fog bank, no matter what the weather is.Can someone try downloading the current weather and depart runway 04 KAVX and head 045 toward the main land climbing to and level off at 3,500 feet and see if it happens to you?Is this a bug?Microsoft: WHERE is the FS 9 PATCH?
