hii've seen a couple of posts regarding autothrottle probs but havent found a solution to this one. ive only experienced this when using the default 737 (havent tried other planes).on final with AP enabled upon disabling AP the throttle to the right engine is 'stuck' at whatever setting it may be at - that is, it will not respond to controller input which is my usb joystick (though i can change it onscreen with the mouse). there will be no probs with the left throttle. in order to remedy the problem i have to restart the flight. any input is appreciated.thanx.jesper

You sure that you haven't hit 'e' + '1' for anything? I would try to reselect both engines again, or try to use the mouse on the right throttle in the engine queadrant. It seems that one engine has been deselected for some reason. I have never had this problem, so I can not give an exact answer...Just guesses :) But that is what I would try!
