September 24, 200322 yr I'm trying out a Geforce 5900 Ultra and I'm getting much more shimmering than I was with an ATI 9800 Pro. I've tried lowering the mipmap but that dosn't seem to help too much. Are there any other settings I can try? Thx!Billg
September 24, 200322 yr Depending on which drivers are loaded, reduce the image sharpening level to zero in the Nvidia Control Panel. This seems to have an effect on mipmapping in games.Allcott
