October 21, 201015 yr Does anyone know, specifically, what causes runway edges/borders to move back and forth across the screen? I've noticed that this mainly occurs whenI'm approaching an airport from an oblique angle. You can see the white edges of the runways racing across the screen, back and forth, and this movement changes as your position (relative to the airport) changes. However the landing runway, as you are on final, doesn't exhibit this behavior since you're facing the runway head-on. I'm using the Nvidia Control Panel to control my 3d settings (to include anti-aliasing because I'm using TripleHead2go and using the FSX antialiasing causes my screens to go black when text appears on the screen). Is there a particular setting in the Nvidia Control panel that addresses this problem, to anyone's knowledge? Thanks.

If that doesn't work (or you didn't have it on), try changing the Texture Filtering - Negative LOD bias from the default "Allow" to "Clamp". Your problem may also be caused by using TripleHead2go and 3D settings. 3D drivers are still being developed and tweaked for the best 3D picture.Best regards,Jim
