Hello All,I noticed that they are putting out shortly the Pilatus Porter for 2004. The Porter reminds me of a few harrowing moments in flying which I was NOT at the controls.While at Korat. some of the Air America guys use to stop by to refuel, and occasionally, some of the other 'company' guys who were there use to ride with them on various junkets.If memory serves me right, the Porter at that time wasn't even certified to fly in the US, , but I can tell you this, those guys who did fly them, in and out of those mountain strips were some of the best pilots I have ever had the opportunity to sit besides . . . and usually they managed to scare the living *&%$ out of me.Just for grins I think I'll have to add this to my hanger when it comes out . . . however, I don't think any of them I have ever flown in ever looked quite as good as the screen shots on the web site.
