I was told there was a need to change the autopilot configuration to steer the plane while keeping the altitude (use no default bank = 1).I currently operate this way:I engage the autopilot, wing leveling is also engaged.I select HDG I deselect HDGI can now keep altitude and steer the plane normally without any change in the configuration file.Tested with the Mooney BravoCan someone else confirm?Happy flyingrino

I just change the heading direction with the "heading bug" for course changes.L.Adamson

I mean that by deselecting HDG, you can fly manually the plane while keeping the altitude set on the autopilot, without changing any configs.rino
