October 7, 200322 yr Has anyone else experienced uncharacteristically poor support from SimFlyers as of late? In the past, these guys have been right on the money with answering support e-mails and responding to messages in their forum. Lately, however, support seems to have dried up and died on the vine. Judging from the state of the forum, I get the impression I am not alone in this sentiment. Anybody know what's up?I'm beginning to rethink my next SimFlyers purchase, considering I can get no assistance on my current one. Disappointing *sigh*.J

October 7, 200322 yr I had a problem that I thought was caused by the new SimFlyer KORD... I sent a request for support and got an answer in very short order - Even though it took more than one exchange, Wolfgang and the SimFlyer team were excellent.
