How will FS9 run on my pc?????

Featured Replies

I want to buy FS9. Only problem is, since i cant demo it on my pc, i dont want to get it and have it not run very well. here are my specs, lemme know:Dell 8250Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.40GHz 256 MB RAM64MB DDR NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 with TV Out (Dell)

It should run ok, perhaps great. Theres 2 things kind of limiting you though - 256MB of RAM and the Geforce 4 MX card.As for the RAM, 256MB is not enough. I currently run with 256MB and I already know that its not enough for what I do LOL. Don't get me wrong though, FS9 will still run pretty well even with low RAM. FPS will generally be the same, just stuff wont load as quick. The MX based GeForce cards are the "low end" cards of the group. They seem to be geared for the casual gamer instead of the hardcore gamer. Your fps should be ok though, my hardware is much older than yours and my FS9 runs absolutely great. Just do not go overboard on the graphic sliders. Now that I think about it, that system you have is almost identical to my uncle's Dell (I think it is a Dell 8250 as well). FS9 actually runs pretty well on it, its an actually decent gaming computer. Just dont push the graphics up too high.
