error,FS2004 can't work in my PC !!??

Hy !!my equipment is : mother-board Gigabyte GA-7VA 8x VIA KT400, processor AMD 2.4xp.512 DDR pc400,graphique card MSI starforce FX5200 128 MB 8x,HDD seagate baracuda 60Ga 7200rpm,dvdrom LG 16x, CDRom WRITER LG 52x16x52,and flopy lector, TV card pinacle, joystik Logitec wimgman freedomless 2.4 . OS window XP pro.and I use the sound-card incluided whith the motherboard is the AC97from leadtek 5.1..all my drivers is updated ,directx again, all..FS2002 work in my PC very well no error message,whith all the add-on.I whose instaled FS2004 in my PC soons 1 week, and I have all the probleme off the world to flight whith,only 5 minutes or minus or more somme times 10 min, and the PC reboot it self, or the programe stoped to show me a message error in fs2004...... in g2d.dll.I talK whis microsoft, and they tald me to desinstalle all , progames, drivers ...and reinstall all again. nothing to do..the same error g2d.dll, I try to work FS2004 in mode whithin error , fs2004 work correctly whithin any error, but in good mode impossible. after they talk me to disable the cache video ( shadowing ) in the bios , but the probleme here, the setup off my motherboard don't have this obtion...please helpin the same time I reinstalle FS2002 whith all the add-on, no problemes , he work very well.thanksCMR010VP....
