Saitek multi panel and setting mach speed?

Based on some good reviews, I just ordered the Saitek multi panel, and am looking forward to using it. One thing I noticed, while you can set the IAS, there's no provision for setting Mach speed. (I'm surprised there isn't a button to switch from IAS to mach, for when you're flying Jets). Other than setting the mach speed in the sim, is there any other work-around for this, for example, a formula to determine IAS vs. Mach at any given altitude, and then setting IAS in the multi-panel? Thanks.Bob
