Help, can't view Kneeboard in FS2004 full screen view

Hi,Using FS2004 with a GF4 Ti4200 64 mb card and detonator 45.23 drivers. I cannot see the default kneeboard(s) in full screen mode with 2x antialiasing on. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thank you.
