November 18, 201015 yr Hi pilots,I don't know if this issue is discussed within the developing team but I make a standpoint here anyway. For upcoming new radar contact, if there is an upcoming one:1. If it is possible to code please make the descent clearence just before approach not 12000 feet if I am flying to opposite side of the runway. That's not SO realistic. 2. Can you make something about the radio comms when approach takes over? Now after contacting approach, the approach is like: expect runway 01L, then nothing, first then I am cleared to lower altitude... Can that be glued together to save time. This is not so BIG issue when flying on some aproaches BUT it is crucial for my Vertical speed if approaches are almost straight in. I am losing time here, pressious time and it makes me dive if I want to stay on route on final approach. The solution is to go 180knots or less within 40nm radius but that's not how flying is done in most cases. What I want is, after contacting approach, the approach gives me runway, and also cleares me down to lower altitude so I can continously desend.Sincerly/A Artur Scholl
