More work for Bridgebuilders

This evening I thought a nice VFR flight in the Florida Keys would be a pleasant change of scenery.At Key West I jumped into my nice shiny Norseman(just downloaded- lovely plane).The weather was a little murky so I thought it would be good to follow the causeway to the mainland at low level(500ft).Impressive scenery,nice plane....- but whats this???Marathon is truly an island!!!West of Marathon there is about 200 yards of causeway with a nice ramp tipping you into the water(not good for my lovely Porsche if I was driving).There is about a 3 or 4 mile gap in the causeway on the longest over water stretch and a similar(but shorter) gap about 15 miles East of Marathon.Perhaps one of the bridgebuilding scenery experts could do something about this one??Dave
