727 Panel Mod

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,Just to let those folks know that have my 737-200 panel, I have done some modifying of Richard Probst's 727-200v4 panel and you will already have the necessery gauges needed for this 727 modification if you are interested in it.Richard has done an amazing job with his 727 panels and version 4 is no exception, but I felt that there were some things missing that could be added even though panel space is limited. The way I did this was similar to my 732 panel setup. Basically I modified the main panel bitmap a bit and added a new panel window and as a result there are now standby instruments ( backup ASI, ALT and Stby Horizon)as well as a new gear section that includes a gear lever. The new panel window contains the engine gauges that fit over top of the main panel and blends perfectly and there is an icon assinged to open and close the window so that switching back and forth from engine gauges to the flap/gear section is effortless. I have also added Lee Hetherington's wonderful IVSI/TCAS-Transponder package to finish things off and the TCAS gauge bitmaps have been modified to match the panel perfectly. As with my 732, this 727 panel modification has conditions to be met before I can email it to anyone. You will need to have the Iron Knuckles DC-9 gauge package and Dreamfleets 737-400 Greatest airliners package as my panel cfg points to a few gauges from those packages.I should be ready to email my panel mod out shortly, anyone with the aformentioned packages and interested in receiving it by email give me a shout.A few pics below.Regards,Van LatendresseYeoDesigns/AFG GroupPanel/FDE [email protected]http://www.yeodesigns.com/signatures/yeode...nner-van2-1.jpg[/img]
