Confused

There is something wrong with this flight plan, and I can't figure out what. TTools gives me this message: (I already posted this in the TTools forum, but this one receives more traffic)"AC#1,NC1222,50%,4Hr,VFR,11:30:18,035,R,KPHL,12:45:36,045,R,KRDGThe altitude format is bad (should be 0 to 1023)." But it has "R" selected in red. What's going on here?
