Lago product registration - A problem?

Three days ago I registered and received confirmation of approved payment. Their web site states "e-mail registration code sent within 24 hours". I've followed up twice and still have nothing - not even an acknowledgement. Anyone else have problems registering Lago software?

I have had a similar problem. It turned out that the anti spam filter of my mail provider for some reason had blacklisted mail from Lago. I've had this problem with FSD and Captainsim too. The solution has been to ask my mail provider to turn filtering off for my adress. So now I receive a ton of spam every day.On a side note, Lago has a very nice feature for obtaining codes on their site: You just enter your email adress and seconds later you receive a mail with codes of all products you have purchased with that adress. - Oyvind

Oyvind: Thanks for the reply. I did relax the security settings in Outlook Express. I also tried Lago's on-site code retrieval method with no success, but I'll keep trying. This is the first piece of Lago software I've purchased. They all look good, but needless to say the attempts to use their methods has been very frustrating!
