November 5, 200322 yr I understand that AFCAD files will add parking spaces, etc. but without adding traffic via Ttools, which seems very involved, does installing an AFCAD file make any difference in an airport visually or traffick-wise?Greyspider
November 5, 200322 yr AFCAD is to make mods to airport facilities. Parking spaces being probably the most used feature. You can add Navaids as well, Like your favorite home GA airport, if it doesn't have it in real life you can a an ILS. Another feature is when making parking spaces you can add taxi lines as well. Along taxi lights, approach lights and the such. TTools is the program to add/modifiy AI traffic. Both can be used as a stand alone programs. For the most part I use AFCAD to add gate modsm, either ones I have downloaded from around the inrernet, or a few that I have modified. For AI traffic 85% of what I currently use is PAI so with their installer installing AI is rather painless. :-outta http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/User_files/3e72a43942b48d2b.jpg There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".- unknown "My daddy gives me up, to fight for you"- a US Military Members Child
