January 29, 201115 yr I'm looking at the onboard clock in the Eaglesoft CJ1, sitting at KCMA (Camarillo, CA). The real world local time is 1640 (4:40PM) and the CJ1 clock showed the same time. This clock also displays GMT, so I switched to that indicator and it said it was 2340 (11:40PM), a 7 hour difference. The date, per the FSX calendar was today's date and was set to 1/28/2011. Here's the problem. It IS correct that Calif. is 7 hours behind GMT but only when it is Daylight Savings time (March through October). Since it's January, the GMT clock should have read 0040 hrs, since we are still in standard time, i.e. Pacific Standard Time. I switched to the stock Learjet and got the same results.I always thought that FSX accounted for the one hour differential between Standard/DST and GMT but apparently not. Am I missing something?
January 29, 201115 yr Hi,If you start FSX directly into a saved flight you need to re-save it after every time DST changes.
