QualityWings 757 Help Please

Hi guys, I'm having a little issue with with this aircraft, its probably a easy explanation and i feel kinda silly asking this but here goes.I set everything correctly in the FMC for my flight, However after departure i select a heading to turn to and the aircraft will turn.. I have the display set on MAP so it shows the route that i set in the FMC.. but the heading it shows me on doesn't match what i selected, also at the top next to the heading it says TRK... Now if i turn the selection to APP.. it will show the heading i selected on the autopilot correctly but i cannot see the route i have set.. I might be doing something wrong but i'm not sure. Everything seems correct on the MAP page.. the distance to go, speed, its just the heading i select on the autopilot that doesn't match what's on the screen.Much appriciate any help... Thank you.
