Problem with files with in PMDG737 Repainting

Hi,In the Paint kit of PMDG737 there is a file named "pmdg_x00_full_left" & "pmdg_x00_full_right". what is the function of it? In which format do I save it? After painting this particular file do I still need to paint "PMDG_x00_FUSE_RIGHT_T" & "PMDG_x00_FUSE_LEFT_T".I am really new to these kind of things, so any help would be appreciated.And if somebody can paint me the PMDG737-900 aircraft in PIA latest(2010) livery I would be very grateful.The Picture can be seen here: http://www.planepictures.net/netshow.php?id=1004334 .Thanks in advance,Uzair Aziz
