Neither am I, but I just joined the the 1366er club.I used to buy all my stuff from New Egg, but I had some cash in my sock drawer wich does not work to well with online purchases. I here alot of people talking about Frys and wish I had one around here, because its nice to go out and buy something RIGHT NOW. Well, I was driving down the highway on the other side of town (KMSP metro area) and saw a place called MicroCenter and stopped in. I was amazed to see that they had more space dedicated to HDDs then most big chain stores have for there entire PC selection and the prices matched or beat most online retailors. So what started out as a mission to upgrade my video card to squeeze a few FPS out of other games turned into a small budget build.1- MoBo, ASUS Sabertooth X58 for 200.002- RAM, Corsair XMS3 3 x 2GB sticks for 110.00 w/20.00 mail in rebate3- CPU, i7-950 @ 3.06 <---not for long)for 200.004- OS, Win7 64bit OEM for 110.005- Video, EVGA GTS450 for 115.00 w/25.00 mail in rebate6- HDD, Seagate 500GB SATA for 55.00Items carried over includeSilverstone 850watt PSU on single railSome kind of machine that you put silver coasters inAntec mid tower with enough fans to require me to wear goggles and scarf while FSingThermaltake HSF for the cpuNot the hottest stuff available these days but a nice upgrade from a Q6600 on a 800mhz board. Hardware install was painless. Current BIOS and MoBo drivers put on my zip drive from laptop. Installed and updated Win7 this morning. Anti virus installed. Latest nvidia drivers installed. Now I am going to start cranking up the heat on the cpu because I have a score to settle with some scenery and the J41.Willy

I just bought all the parts to build a new SB system from the Internet and, after I had the system mostly built, my son informed me about Micro Centers where they have isles filled with MB's, cases, and everything you need to build a new system and at very competitive prices. So, I expect my next upgrade in a few months will be accomplished at the Micro Center store here in Northern Virginia. Sounds like a neat "toy" store for adults....Best regards,Jim
