Second Saitek Quadrant not being recognized

I have downloaded the newest drivers, the light is on the second unit indicating it is plugged in but in my control panel only one quadrant is showing up and in FSX only one is showing up to assign commands. Anyone else have this issue?

i7 950 OC 4ghz - GTX 570 Superclocked - X58 Sabertooth - 1 TB HD - 12gb RAM - Saitek Flight yoke, throttle quadrants, rudder pedals.

disregard, I believe I've got it. I didn't realize that FSX recognized the first quadrant and yoke as the same unit.
