Texture Types - How to determine?

Is there a program that will spit out a list of all textures and what type it is in any folder and it's sub-folders? I'd like to get a list of every texture in that folder/sub-folders and what type of texture it is, (DXT3, DXT1, etc), so I can use it to create a conversion batch file. So if you've seen one please let me know and thanks!Mark
