November 15, 200322 yr No Ed. You can host a group set up in your own multiplayer facility within FS. You'll see how easy it is. Start a session, and then invite friends to join you by giving them the IP address. You'll need to do this by email, over the phone, or IM of course. They can't know what your IP is otherwise. You can do the same for Roger Wilco if you've a mike and headphones/speakers and then you are away.Given that you've got friends, of course! If not, the Zone is certainly a place to find a flight or two; but there's a funny mix over there. The real way is to get into the whole VATSIM thing, of course, but see if you can line up a friend or two first and try it in private. It's the biz.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/newlogo.jpg _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
November 15, 200322 yr Hi,No, you can fly on Vatsim. I think it's www.vatsim.net , or else www.vatsim.comThere are a few other places too. Maybe search on google.I fly at www.westcoastatc.com which is the ONLY place to fly. :-hah Come join in there if you want for ATC sessions or some PROPS racing in P-51D Mustangs. ;) What's nice about it is they have very high bandwith servers and it's easy to get on because they use FSHost. You just have to join the club as a pilot which is totally free.Or just do what Dark said. ;)Hope that helps, :-waveJim
November 16, 200322 yr You can also use FSHost Spy which will give you a list of FSHost servers. You can get it here http://www.chocolatesoftware.com/fshost/
