Fun with PAI traffic

I was flying out of Boston to Halifax at around 12:00 pm local time with about 10 PAI airlines installed. I was flying smoothly at about 24 FPS when all of a sudden my FPS dropped to 3-6 FPS. Then a ton of vapor trails appeared on the screen and the controller was issuing commands so fast I could barely understand what she was saying. I took this screenshot to show you. I was a bit slow on the trigger as a bunch of planes already passed me by the time I got a screenshot off.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/48584.jpg
