Proxy User Individual Files Used = 0

Hello group,Hoping I can find out what has gone wrong with Tileproxy app. Have used it for years with zero problems, the past year on Win7. Stopped loading photorealistic tiles today. Completely reinstalled FSX Deluxe with SP1 and SP2. Reinstalled Tilproxy using Ed Truthan's ini file for service 3 and set up non system drive E: drive for cache files. Signed driver with dseo13.b. Tileproxy launches and is ready for takeoff, proxyuser window shows over 25,000 files preloaded with dots all filled in, but proxyuser window shows 0 Individual tiles accessed and 0.0 per second so there is no photorealistic scenery actually being loaded and displayed. Been trying for hours trying to fix why the tiles are not loading into the game.Any help is greatly appreciated!
