AN24RV ADF (ARK) Question

I posted the same question in the COF Forum but no reply yet and therefore I try it here as well! I got the plane working and with the new AN24Gau cab (which I downloaded from the Avsim.ru webpage)even the engine start now works from the panel. The only problem I have now is that the ARK (NDB) are not working. I checked the frequency and noticed that the frequ is always tuned to a value not corresponding to the tuned value. ie. I tuned 309 and I get 1309.1 !! I tried several settings and it is always the same, always a number befor the 3 digits ie instead of 299.o I get 1299.1 etc and that is the reason, I believe, the the Needles in the USCH (big Radiocompass in Nav panel) does not show anything, they only turn to different directions, but not to an active station.
