misplaced airport buildings

Featured Replies

any advice please, having problems landing at airports to find buildings in the wrong place ie on taxi ways and across parking spots. Just landed at Geneva only to have to taxi through three circular Islands and park inside an airport building (along with two other planes).am using fsx with acceleration addon and traffic 2005, no other addons in europe, could traffic be causing a conflict?

...could traffic be causing a conflict?
Quite probable. It came with it's own AFCAD files, which for Traffic 2005 would have been for FS9. They might have worked fine for FS9, but not for FSX. I'd start looking for those airport files and renaming them or putting them into a separate, inactive scenery layer to see if the problems go away.

thanks meshman, the version of traffic 2005 I have is also for fsx as you have a choice of sim to install it too, but i'll bear your advice in mind and have a look round. if the worst comes to the worst i'll just uninstall traffic!cheers
