Windowed mode or full screen. I've been using full screen for basically the only reason that I don't like looking at the "windows frame" I feel it takes away from the immersion.

Windowed. I don't find the FPS hit in Windowed that other people have. I switch back and forth between many many windows (from SB to Mozilla to file browsers) so that really doesn't work well when I am flying Fullscreen. And at 1280x960, everything is big enough as to not be 'too small' to read.
