Camera problem in FSX

Hi all, I have recently just installed the Captain Sim 757, after installing and firing up fsx iv ran into some major problems with the camera settings. When I load the sim in any aircraft my virtual cockpit view starts to instantly tilt to the roof of the cockpit. If i readjust this the sim tries to fight with my user input and as soon as i let go of the HAT switch it goes back to looking at the top of the VC roof. this is the same in spot view also but looking top down. I have tried uninstalling cs757 to no avail I have also restored the camera.cfg back to there orignal condition both in appdata and in the main fsx folder. I have also disabled my joystick and reset all the key commands back to default.I hope someone can help.Many Thanks Stuart Turbefield
