April 1, 201115 yr My Saitek Multi Panel quit on me a few days ago (using it for FSX). With the unit plugged into a USB port, no data was appearing on the front panel. I tried different USB ports without success. I purchased it back in November and had no problems previously, with this device. When I rebooted my computer, with the panel plugged in to the USB port, the front panel lighting would briefly come on, so it seemed that it was getting "juice". But when I would subsequently boot up FSX, no data appeared on the front screen of the panel.I called Saitek and after conducting a few tests while speaking to the service rep, he emailed me docs to ship the unit down to their location in San Diego, which I did the same day. He said they'll check the unit and they'll probably provide me with a new one, if this one can't be fixed. It's still under warranty.Just wondering if anyone has a similar problem with this device.
April 10, 201115 yr Author Saitek is sending me a new multi panel. They determined that there was a hardware problem with the unit I sent down to them for repair, and so a new panel is warranted.Should be getting is sometime middle or end of next week.
