Stutters even with minimal scenery

Hey guys,I have tried everything to solve the stuttering problem in fsx. My FPS stays locked with an external limiter at 30 FPS. But, the sim stutters and there is a mechanical feel to it.Could anyone please help me on how to solve the stuttering issue and improving overall smootheness in the sim.My specs are on my sig

I get some micro-stutters on my rig too when flying the MD11 on Cloud9 scenery. My stutters are very minor and you would have to watch for them to know they were there.Your issue could be scenery if you are running ORBX or some downloaded stuff from AVSIM.Could be hardware related.Could be software or driver not installed correct.I would try dropping my clock and see if it is still there.Next step would be to setup like this here http://www.simforums.com/Forums/topic34141_post198187.html#198187If the issue persisted I would test memory by running mem86 if it passed I would run 3D-Mark11 and see if it passes that ok.If hardware all tested ok I would do a reinstall of all software.
