Lear VSI bug

Recommended Posts

Searched for this but can't find an answer...does the bug on the Lear's VSI work? I dial in a vertical speed, which the autopliot seems to recognize, but the bug stays at zero. Is the bug non-functional, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any replies,Boogie.

Just checked this on someone else's setup and the bug works fine - as I'm sure it used to do on mine. I've re-installed all of the Lear gauges from CD2, but with no effect. Anyone got any ideas?Boogie:-hmmm .

Well, I can now answer my own question (as nobody else is going to;-) ). The problem was caused by having a metric setting under international, which I did recently when I purchased the Eaglesoft busjets. Don't know why this should effect the Lear's VSI bug and not other planes, e.g. the default 747 - maybe a bug in FS2004 (no pun intended!).Boogie.
