FS2004 scenery file problem

Recommended Posts

Guest FlyingBear

I recently went into FS2004 world scenery and changed the priority order of my 3rd party scenerys. When I checked the scenery.cfg in FS2004 I found all the numbers all out of sequence. Ok so I went through all the listed scenerys very carefully and reorganised all the area and layer numbers into numerical sequence, backed up the file and checked FS2004 would run correctly. Now every time I boot FS2004, it displays the message "Building database for new scenery files. This may take a few moments".This now occurs every time I boot FS2004...?The sim seems to display normally?Any ideas anyoneThanks in advanceCheersPete :)
