FS 2004 keeps crashing due to the above dll file. Has anyone else had this problem. Running XP.

Yes,You're not alone on this one. There was a post here some days ago where i reported some sim crashes related, among other things, to the ntdll.dll. Don't know what it means, and I'm not sure if anyone else in this world knows what it means or how to fix it. One thing I'm sure now is that some of these crashes are related to seasons changes.
