May 29, 201115 yr I am getting back to FSX after a 18 month (or so) absence caused by a new daughter! In the interim, I also upgraded several components (but this isn't a hardware post!) and have a very clean pc to start with.My previous FSX install had evolved over the years with new add-ons, and had become a bit of a jumble. I'd like any tips folks have on a couple of topics:1. How do you organize your FSX files & directories to keep your install clean and manageable (for example, easy to find/remove an add-on down the road)?2. I haven't really been paying attention to FSX software, so does anyone have a recommendation for add-ons (today) for weather, terrain, traffic, etc? Thanks!
May 29, 201115 yr Congrats on the arrival of your daughter! (And remember, it's never too early to start simming! :( )1. You can't. All I do is manually move large scenery add-ons to my other HDDs.
