Hi BobL - Looks like your panel.cfg might have been altered.Have you used Cfgedit (the Panel making programme) lately?This has a nasty habit of changing the .cfg if it doen't like what it finds - sometimes without warning.If you inspect the panel.cfg, you might spot where the HSI gauge or related gauges have had the no.s after the "gaugeXX=....." altered.If not, you might have to re-install the aircraft.Brian

Hi BrianNo,actually not. I haven't done a thing to this panel except install it. After reading your post, I tried to open the panel.cfg in Panel Studio and it didn't like that guage. Something about not finding the guage file. I sense I am going to have to swap it out with another one. BobL
