Saving Flight W/ Open Door?

Hi All,Is there a way to save a flight with the aircraft door in the open position (of course assuming this in animated on the model)? I've tried and its seems that whenever I load up the flight the door is closed again.Any help appreciated, thanks!Best,Joel
