what is the :BRG/DIST---/-.--- + TO [ ] meaning and work and ,on the PROG Airbus MCDU page?how and when we must put that and put with what?!thank you in advance

Type a fix in the TO[] LSK and it should give you a baring and distance to that fix from your present position.

i know that,but what is different between this and flight plan way point or fixes?

For example, if you have an emergency situation where you need to land now, you can type in an airport in the area to determine it's distance and the direct heading to that airport. I has nothing to do with your flight plan, it's just simply to find reference to a fix.
