December 13, 200322 yr Well I installed the new air files release today, followed and rechecked installation directions and after I click on the Fokker aircraft I want to fly, FS2004 vanishes and I am left with my desktop! Any explanations/solution out there for this problem? Thanks.GrantM
December 13, 200322 yr I'm a little surprised myself that such a great team is getting this update a bit topsy turvy. The failure you have is probably down to their GPS gauge, which remains incompatible with FS9.The first upgrade was a packaging error - AIRCRAFT.CFGs rather than airfiles - the second set of airfiles were wrong and the last - uploaded today - may well work but now we have a gauge problem.I'd work it out myself but hopefully they'll do that for us shortly!Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/newlogo.jpg _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
December 13, 200322 yr So has no one else taken advantage of this update? If so, same problems? They were amazingly popular 'planes in FS2002, but maybe that was then ... so many years ago now ... I remember it well ... I were just a lad .... we were so poor we used to have to get up for work before we went to bed ... blah blah blah ...Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/newlogo.jpg _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
December 14, 200322 yr Flying the F70 right now from EKCH-EDDF. I had problem with the some of the gauges, killing FS Panel Studio so I removed it from the panel. I also added the RealityXP JetLine 4's so I am no where near flying the default panel. But the FDE is fine, and no problems to report.Jim
