Problem with F7f Tigercat VC.

I just installed "F7f_3up.zip" and everything looks and works great except the instrument panel in the VC.It shows for a second and then the bitmap turns black.I'm running FSX/SP2 on Vista.I know this plane is an FS2004 model but everything else works.Is it a panel.cfg problem or can I tweak the bitmap in DXTBMP?As always,thanx in advance.unclegreg
