747 While we wait for NGX

Happy Holiday weekend guys as we are all anticipating the release of the great aircraft i have something that will pass the time by i just finished reading a book called 747 by Joe Sutter with Jay Spenser Joe was the Director of engineering for the Queen of the skies and he takes you through the ups and downs of how the beautiful 747 was created when half the US didn't think she could even fly. he faced challenges with pan am wanting a double decker A/C or if it was possible for them to make a wide body aircraft, to finding engines that could thrust the thing in the air. i strongly recommend this book to anyone that has interest in reading and anyone in the aviation field. once again happy holidays Michael Moore
