CLS A330 Help Please

Hello everyone, i recently purchased the CLS A330/200/300 and A340.. I am having a issue with the overhead panel, When i click the seatbelt sign i get a chime that sounds like a cabin call.. Not the normal "ding" noise you hear, When i click the smoking sign that noise is normal.Also, the switches below "calls" on the overhead, the ones that say AFT & FRW ( i believe, kinda hard to see ) Make a chime noise that doesn't sound right, it sounds more like a "ding" you hear when Windows has an error.I'd love to sort this out.. And hopefully someone here has an idea what might be happening. :)I have considered switching panels but i really am not sure to that and would rather stick with the panel it has.I appriciate any help given here,Many thanks in advance.
