X-Plane settings crash

When i start x-plane i load up all of my settings then i restart to let my res take effect but then windows comes up and says "x-plane has stopped working" what causes this crash how can i get it to just load my settings and not crash?

I did update and i did delete the settings but it always comes back!

OK, so it's only if you change the resolution ? Did you activate full screen mode ? In your Log.txt there's this line:

This application has crashed. Please send the file crash_log.txt to Laminar Research.

You can send your crash_log.txt to Laminar Research, or maybe someone can help you in forums like X-Pilot.com or X-Plane.org. Good luck. huh.png

I activated full screen mode but it really is whenever i change one or 2 settings
