I'm sorry but when I go to the Complements PMDG the option doesn't work and in my panel state load i have nothing ... aircraft fuel option doesn't work too ...

You mean the FS Menu? The menu system isn't used on the NGX, you do it all from the FMS instead. Press the FMS MENU key, and go to FS ACTIONS.
