Black touchdown smoke in FSX

Featured Replies

Hello,Today, for some reason, suddenly, without having changed any settings, I noticed that when I touchdown with my plane, the touchdown smoke is black. I don't know why. And no I haven't installed the NGX yet, although it's released (just waiting for the shop to be working again). My pc specs are pretty good, as far as I know I have all the latest drivers, and I've never had this problem before. Maybe it is a driver problem, so could someone please check if you have this problem as well? All I'm asking for is to please send me the smoke files so I can replace them, I can remember I while ago I was editing them, so maybe that's it. Could you please send them to: [email protected] Thanks a lot in advance, and have fun flying your NGX!Greetings,Arjen Vandervelde

OK, I tried the program and it's working, so thank you so much!!! This problem occured to me only an hour ago, and it's solved already. That's why I'm always using this forum, you get the right answers really quickly. Now I know what the problem was, I've just uninstalled the Ariane 737 ######, and obviously it's been removing some smoke effects, and now it's all back thanks to that program, so thanks a lot!Greetings.
