Single Engine Advice

Good morning !I am planning to initiate a series of flights throughout the Americas and I would like to do it on a good single engine aircraft. Would you please recommend me one? I have thought of the Carenado's Centurion or one of the Flight1 beauties, unless you know of a good freeware aircraft that is FS2004 designed and comes with good documentation and panel. I am looking for a stable, real fuel comsuption simulation and of course a good virtual cockpit. exterior look is important also.I would appreciate if you can send me your suggestions.Thanks !Juliet Lima
