FS2004 Install & Startup

I was a very intense user of FS98, FS2000, FS2002. In the last 1-2 years I have drifted away from spending much time with FS (new job, new house, etc. etc.) but recently bought FS2004 and just got it installed. I am playing around with it and so far like what I see but have a couple of very basic questions that I'm sure can be answered by the users of this forum:(1) On start-up, FS2004 "demands" that disk 4 be installed in my drive....I remember FS2000 or 2002 did this, and there was a work-around....is there one for FS2004?(2) I see a lot of screenshots with "real life" airplanes, airlines, & flights incorporated as the FS2004 artificial traffic....what program does this?(3) I primarily used the "DreamFleet" 737 model; is this or will this be FS2004 compatible?Thanks in advance for help,
