Happy New Year, I,m assuming(you know what they say about assume!)that your new computer is XP!I have had a MSFF"2" joystick for about six months and I really like it!I find it to be VERY responsive and troublefree! Another thing IMO thats important is the weight of the unit(does not slide around and feels SUBSTANTIAL!)The only negative drawback was it was fairly expensive(about 100$(U.S.)but I guess anything of any value is these days! I do not use FF when I sim(other sims too)so I cannot critique that feature! On a SCALE of 1 to 10 I would give it a 9!!! SCALE;1=KEYBOARD(YUK!) 10=JOYSTICK FROM REAL F-16(NOT ANYTIME SOON)! Hope this helps!P.S. Also look into this;I have read several posts about an adapter from converting GAMEPORT to USB port(or vice versa) sold at stores like Radio Shack, etc.(the price mentioned was around 17$(U.S.)Good Luck! JUKEBOX "SOMEDAY I WILL FLY IN A REAL B-17"!!!
