I just purchased Activesky and downloaded it. I try to load it and it keeps saying license key is invalid. I don't what else to do. Does it take time to get license key or something?

Hi, Your key was on the first page of your download and when you ran ASE for the first time a pop up window appeared and then you entered your key. There is no waiting involved and we do not send you anything. Now, if any of this did not happen, please let me know and I will be glad to help you out.
